Yoga for Depression

Join us for the pilot program of Yoga for Depression. This slow flow yoga class is specially designed to meet the physical and emotional needs of individuals living with symptoms of depression and will be taught by a certified yoga therapist from Partners to Empowerment Wellness Center. No yoga experience is required. Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat if you have one. Registration is limited to 10 people, so sign up today!
