Yoga for Depression

Join us for the second session of the pilot program of Yoga for Depression. This beginner-level slow flow yoga class is specially designed to meet the physical and emotional needs of individuals living with symptoms of depression. The instructor is a certified yoga therapist from Partners to Empowerment Wellness Center. No yoga experience is required. Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat if you have one.
